How much you keep by selling it yourself

Do you take a commission?
No. You deal with buyers directly and keep the full sale price instead of paying an agent a percentage.
How do I pay?
By card on a secure Stripe checkout page when you submit your listing. Bank transfer or cash also work; contact us and we'll record it.
What happens when my listing expires?
It's hidden from the map, not deleted. Renew it from your dashboard any time in the last 30 days, or after it expires.
Can I get a refund?
If we don't approve your listing, we refund you in full. Once it's live, fees aren't refundable, but you can edit it as often as you like.
Can I offer owner financing?
Yes. Tick "owner financing" on your listing and enter your terms. Buyers see a payment plan and a monthly estimate, and can filter for financed homes.
