What we are

Roatán Direct is a listing service. We are not a real estate broker or agent, we don't represent buyers or sellers, and we aren't part of any sale. Every buyer should use their own attorney.

Rules for sellers

• You may only list property you own or are authorized in writing to sell.
• Photos, price, location and details must be accurate and current.
• Mark your listing sold as soon as you accept an offer you intend to close.
• We review every listing and may remove any listing, at any time, that breaks these rules or that we believe is misleading.

Fees

Current prices are on the pricing page. Fees are charged only after a listing is approved and are not refundable once it's live.

Your information

• Sellers: we store your email, the listings and photos you upload, and an optional WhatsApp number you choose to show.
• Buyers: messages you send go to the seller with your name, email and optional phone so they can reply. We keep a copy to prevent spam and fraud.
• Saved homes are kept only on your own device.
• We don't sell your information. Email us to have your account and data deleted.
